Paul Vahle patterned the original copperhead conductor rail in Germany in 1912. This invention formed the cornerstone of the VAHLE company and pioneered a new industry. Since then VAHLE Electrification Systems has embraced innovation for more than 85 years.

Vahle Electrification Systems - Products

Copperhead Conductors installed on insulators, combine the advantages of high conductivity, low voltage drop and great mechanical strength with a very high life expectancy from 220 to 1560 amperages.

Enclosed Conductor Systems

KSL, KSLTand KSG have been used successfully for many years. The rigid PVC housing makes this conductor system ideal for indoor or outdoor applications. The systems fully meet international safety standards (UL, CSA, VDE 0470 §3) and are available in 4 and 5 conductor versions.

Motor-Driven Cable Reels

Our motor driven cable reels serve the industry for reliable electrictrification of equipment in motion, for automatic winding of flexible power- and control cables. They fully comply with international safety requirements.

Uni-Pole Insulated Conductor

U 20 - U 30 - U 40 are single phase, insulated conductors for indoor or outdoor installation. Compact hangers allow space saving arrangements; from 60 to 1,000 Amps.; with collectors from 15 to 400 Amps. capacity.
